What we have done

We have provided 3 affordable units of accommodation at Allen Garden, next to Deneholme in the village of Allendale, which opened in September 2011. The scheme was made possible by a grant of £185,000 from the Homes and Communities Agency. Our partners in the project were Durham-based housing association Four Housing Group and Northumberland County Council and the builder was Allendale-based Newman Developments.
