Our Fundraising

What do Allendale Lions do?

We raise money for local, national and international charities. And we have a lot of fun together in doing so.

Do you give all the money to charity or do you keep some for administrative costs?

All the money that we raise for charity, less any direct costs, goes to charity.

Administrative costs are paid from a modest annual subscription from each Lion.

No individual Lion receives any of the money we raise. All our efforts are given on a voluntary basis.

How do Allendale Lions raise money to re-distribute to good local, regional, national and international causes?

1. Allendale Fair (early June)

2. Allendale Lions Cliff Calvert Golf Classic (late July)

3. Charity Auction (September/October)

4. Bonfire Night (November)

5. Santa's Sleigh (December)

6. Bookstall at various local events
